FAQ

How much lead time do you need?+

Two weeks is comfortable. We can move on 72 hours if our calendar allows — call to check.

What about deposits?+

A 50% deposit is due 7 days before the event to hold your date. Balance is collected at delivery. We accept card, ACH, and wire.

What if it rains?+

Our venues are fully weatherproof. We only reschedule for unsafe wind (>40 mph) or lightning — at no charge.

Cancellation policy?+

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event. Inside 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

Delivery radius?+

We serve all of Erie and Niagara County with no mileage fee. Outside those counties, reach out and we'll quote travel.
