Choose your date, build your party and reserve PopHaus online. We'll handle the setup, reminders and event-day details so you can focus on having fun.
A simple, five-step process from quote to party day.
Check Your Date
Use our live availability calendar to choose your event date, start time and duration. PopHaus has a four-hour minimum, and unavailable dates are clearly marked.
Build Your Party
See your estimated total update as you choose your event duration and available extras, including heating, cooling, flooring, lighting effects, games and other party enhancements. DJs, bartenders, custom décor and other custom items are confirmed separately after availability and final pricing are approved.
Review and Reserve
Enter your contact, event and site details. Apply a Guest List or promotional code if you have one, review the rental agreement and pay the 50% deposit securely through Stripe. Your selected date is temporarily held for 20 minutes during checkout. Your booking is confirmed only after the deposit payment succeeds and the rental agreement is completed.
Plan with PopHaus
After booking, you'll receive a confirmation and automatic planning reminders from hello@pophaus-buffalo.com. We'll collect the final party details and confirm that your location has the required space, access and power.
PopHaus requires approximately 20 × 17 feet of flat ground and 14 feet of overhead clearance. Indoor setups also require the appropriate electrical access.
Party Day
The remaining balance is due on the event date, before setup begins — pay securely using the payment button in your PopHaus email. Setup begins approximately one hour before your event. Our crew installs the venue, checks the sound and lighting, and gets everything party-ready. We return at the agreed teardown time, normally the following morning.
FAQ
Can I book PopHaus online?+
Yes. Use our live quote experience to check your date, choose your event time and extras, enter your event details, apply a promotional code, accept the rental agreement and pay the 50% deposit. Your booking is confirmed when the deposit payment succeeds.
How much does it cost?+
The inflatable nightclub is $199 per hour with a four-hour minimum, making the minimum venue rental $796. Delivery in Erie and Niagara County, setup, teardown, pro sound, club lighting, and on-site staff are included.
How much lead time do you need?+
Two weeks is comfortable. We can move on 72 hours if our calendar allows — call to check.
What about deposits?+
A 50% deposit and completed rental agreement are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due on your event date, before setup begins. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully paid.
What if it rains?+
Our venues are fully weatherproof. We only reschedule for unsafe wind (>40 mph) or lightning — at no charge.
Cancellation policy?+
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event. Inside 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
Delivery radius?+
We serve all of Erie and Niagara County with no mileage fee. Outside those counties, reach out and we'll quote travel.
