PopHaus is a private inflatable nightclub delivered to your property or approved wedding location. It's for the part of the night when guests want to keep dancing—afterparties, welcome parties and rehearsal celebrations.
It adds to your wedding plans; it doesn't replace your venue, caterer, DJ or planner. Setup at a venue needs that property's approval.

Setup, space & season
PopHaus requires a clear, level 20 × 17 ft setup area with approximately 14 ft of overhead clearance.
- • You must have permission to use the property. Public parks are not automatically permitted.
- • Site access and setup suitability must be confirmed, including power at the setup location.
- • PopHaus has no built-in floor.
- • Weather and site conditions may affect seasonal events.
- • Service is currently limited to Erie and Niagara County.
Fall and winter weddings can add heating. Setup depends on weather, site conditions, safe access and venue approval.

How much does PopHaus cost?
PopHaus starts at $199 per hour with a four-hour minimum, so the minimum known-price rental is $796. That covers delivery within our service area, setup, sound, party lighting and teardown. Custom selections are priced separately.
Can PopHaus be set up at my wedding venue?
Only with the venue's approval and a suitable, level 20 × 17 ft area with about 14 ft of clearance, power and safe access. We can't guarantee coordination with a venue that hasn't approved it.
Does PopHaus include a DJ or bar service?
No. DJ and bartender requests are custom selections we confirm and price separately. Alcohol and catering are never included.
How does the deposit work?
A 50% deposit of your known-price total reserves an eligible available date when you book online. The remaining balance is due on your event date, before setup begins. Any approved custom selections are added to the remaining balance, never to the deposit you already paid.
Do I need permission to use the property?
Yes. You must have permission to set up at the location, plus any approvals the property requires. A reservation does not include property permission or permits, and public parks are not automatically allowed.
