PopHaus requires a clear, level 20 × 17 ft setup area with approximately 14 ft of overhead clearance.
- • You must have permission to use the property. Public parks are not automatically permitted.
- • Site access and setup suitability must be confirmed, including power at the setup location.
- • PopHaus has no built-in floor.
- • Weather and site conditions may affect seasonal events.
- • Service is currently limited to Erie and Niagara County.
Fall or winter birthday? Heating can be added, and setup depends on weather, site conditions and safe access.

How much does PopHaus cost?
PopHaus starts at $199 per hour with a four-hour minimum, so the minimum known-price rental is $796. That covers delivery within our service area, setup, sound, party lighting and teardown. Custom selections are priced separately.
What's included in a birthday rental?
Delivery within our service area, setup, professional sound, party lighting and teardown. Signs, décor, a DJ or a bartender are custom selections priced separately.
Can I add a custom birthday sign?
Yes. A custom vinyl sign is priced to order. It shows as pending quote in your booking until we confirm it with you.
How does the deposit work?
A 50% deposit of your known-price total reserves an eligible available date when you book online. The remaining balance is due on your event date, before setup begins. Any approved custom selections are added to the remaining balance, never to the deposit you already paid.

PopHaus needs a clear, level 20 × 17 ft setup area with approximately 14 ft of overhead clearance, power access and safe access for delivery. PopHaus has no built-in floor.
