Setup, space & season
PopHaus requires a clear, level 20 × 17 ft setup area with approximately 14 ft of overhead clearance.
- • You must have permission to use the property. Public parks are not automatically permitted.
- • Site access and setup suitability must be confirmed, including power at the setup location.
- • PopHaus has no built-in floor.
- • Weather and site conditions may affect seasonal events.
- • Service is currently limited to Erie and Niagara County.
Holiday parties can add heating. Setup depends on weather, site conditions, safe access and property approval.

How much does PopHaus cost?
PopHaus starts at $199 per hour with a four-hour minimum, so the minimum known-price rental is $796. That covers delivery within our service area, setup, sound, party lighting and teardown. Custom selections are priced separately.
Can PopHaus be set up at our business?
Yes, if the property approves it and there's a clear, level 20 × 17 ft area with about 14 ft of clearance, power access and safe delivery access. Parking-lot setups need property permission.
Can we add company signage?
Yes. Custom vinyl signs and décor are confirmed and priced separately after you book.
Can PopHaus be heated?
Yes. Event heating can be added for appropriate fall and winter events. Seasonal setup depends on weather, site conditions, safe access and the suitability of the location, and we can't guarantee a specific interior temperature.
How does the deposit work?
A 50% deposit of your known-price total reserves an eligible available date when you book online. The remaining balance is due on your event date, before setup begins. Any approved custom selections are added to the remaining balance, never to the deposit you already paid.
