PopHaus is a private inflatable nightclub we deliver to your event. Add heating and it becomes an option for fall birthdays, holiday gatherings, winter celebrations and football-season parties.
Seasonal setup depends on weather, site conditions, safe access and the suitability of the event location. We review every cold-weather site before the event.

Setup, space & season
PopHaus requires a clear, level 20 × 17 ft setup area with approximately 14 ft of overhead clearance.
- • You must have permission to use the property. Public parks are not automatically permitted.
- • Site access and setup suitability must be confirmed, including power at the setup location.
- • PopHaus has no built-in floor.
- • Weather and site conditions may affect seasonal events.
- • Service is currently limited to Erie and Niagara County.

Can PopHaus be heated?
Yes. Event heating can be added as an option for appropriate fall and winter events. We can't guarantee a specific interior temperature, and heating effectiveness depends on outdoor conditions.
What happens if the weather turns bad?
We only reschedule for unsafe wind (over 40 mph) or lightning, at no charge. Seasonal setup always depends on weather, site conditions and safe access.
Does the setup area need to be cleared?
Yes. PopHaus needs a clear, level 20 × 17 ft area with about 14 ft of overhead clearance, power access and a safe delivery path. Snow and ice must not block the site or access.
How much does PopHaus cost?
PopHaus starts at $199 per hour with a four-hour minimum, so the minimum known-price rental is $796. That covers delivery within our service area, setup, sound, party lighting and teardown. Custom selections are priced separately.
How does the deposit work?
A 50% deposit of your known-price total reserves an eligible available date when you book online. The remaining balance is due on your event date, before setup begins. Any approved custom selections are added to the remaining balance, never to the deposit you already paid.
