PopHaus is an inflatable nightclub we deliver, set up and take down. For brands, it's an enclosed pop-up for product launches, retail events, community activations and experiential marketing.
Custom branding, signs, décor and event staffing are confirmed and priced separately.

Setup, space & season
PopHaus requires a clear, level 20 × 17 ft setup area with approximately 14 ft of overhead clearance.
- • You must have permission to use the property. Public parks are not automatically permitted.
- • Site access and setup suitability must be confirmed, including power at the setup location.
- • PopHaus has no built-in floor.
- • Weather and site conditions may affect seasonal events.
- • Service is currently limited to Erie and Niagara County.
Fall and winter activations can add heating. Setup depends on weather, site conditions, safe access and property permission.

How much does PopHaus cost?
PopHaus starts at $199 per hour with a four-hour minimum, so the minimum known-price rental is $796. That covers delivery within our service area, setup, sound, party lighting and teardown. Custom selections are priced separately.
Can PopHaus be branded?
Yes, with custom vinyl signage and custom décor. Both are confirmed and priced separately after booking.
Do I need permission to use the property?
Yes. You must have permission to set up at the location, plus any approvals the property requires. A reservation does not include property permission or permits, and public parks are not automatically allowed.
How much space is required?
PopHaus needs a clear, level 20 × 17 ft setup area with approximately 14 ft of overhead clearance, power access and safe access for delivery. PopHaus has no built-in floor.
What happens if my site isn't suitable?
If the setup area, access or conditions don't meet our requirements, we'll review it with you before your event. Bookings that need an operational review are routed to our team instead of instant online payment.
